INSIDE THE HOUSE
There’s seating for 12 in a light-drenched living room with dark leather couches, high ceilings and show-stopping views of Lake Travis through a wall of windows. Nearby, a dining area seats 4 around a stylish glass table.
You can also enjoy views of the great outdoors while you prep dinner in a newly updated kitchen. There’s a center island with a sink, a separate side island and a wet bar for whipping up drinks while dinner’s bubbling on the stove. If you need a breath of fresh air, French doors to the deck.
When it’s time to eat, gather around a granite dining table in the kitchen with seating for 6. Nearby, a separate dining area offers seating for 8 and wall-to-wall windows with more spectacular lake views.
There’s space for 12 guests to sleep in 5 tastefully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a 32-inch TV and a private balcony along with a lavish en-suite bath. On chilly nights, a gas fireplace keeps this room snug.
In the 2nd bedroom there’s a queen and a full-sized bed, while the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both come with 2 queen beds each. The 5th bedroom situated off the dining room has a twin trundle bed.
The 2nd and 4th bedrooms each feature a private en-suite bath. Another half-bath is conveniently located off the kitchen. All bathrooms are newly updated with modern appointments.
Your group will love spending time in the spectacular outdoor areas surrounding the house. Sprawl out on the garden lawn, relax on the backyard’s stone terrace or head to the expansive upstairs deck and make the most of dreamy sunsets.
The City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults.

For sushi and noodles, drive 3 minutes to Japanese fusion restaurant, Cho Sushi. But if you’d rather indulge in an evening of fine dining, head to Hudson’s on the Bend (a 6-minute drive). Set in the cozy surroundings of a converted farmhouse, the kitchen is known for its tasty wild game specialties.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
