You can’t get closer to the sea than this! Walk out off our Casa Victoria Beach Bungalow Patio and you’ll have sand between your toes. Our single family home is one level, with two master bedrooms with en-suite baths, and is easily accessible for those in a wheelchair. Relax on our fully covered patio. Watch the tides, dolphins, pelicans, sunrises and sunsets. Step out from under the roof and the stars at night seem close enough to touch. That’s how far away this solar powered Playa Encanto beach community is from the hustle and bustle of the town of Puerto Penasco. But actually it is only 15 minutes by car. In our guard gated community no excessive noise is permitted, the speed limit is very SLOW, and vehicles of every kind are prohibited on our tranquil beach. After a day in the sun, enjoy our library of interesting reading materials, play a game of chess or poker around the table. Everyone is a gourmet chef in our open concept kitchen when cooking up fresh shrimp from the local fishermen. Our great room is the gathering place for dining and enjoying family get-togethers, with a sit up wine bar, dining table overlooking the beach and cathedral ceilings. The master bath awaits you with a luxurious soaking tub after a hard day playing in the salt and sand or exploring tide pools. The house is a perfect get-away for couples and families. Writers come to write in the solitude, artists come to paint in the clear light. Business people who must, can access the internet via a satellite “hot spot”, right in the house. Linens are provided, but please bring towels from home for the sandy beach. Your own toiletries are recommended. You can buy just about anything in town, but possibly not your favorite brand. Single Story Bungalow located directly on Rocky Point's most beautiful beach, and is not a Condo. No stairs to climb. Enjoy and relax. Guard gate community, and Security Guards Available 24 hours. Mexican and Italian tile throughout. French doors lead to seaside, fully-covered patio from all rooms. Offering equity 8 shares in 2008.

Policies

Minimum stay of 3 Nights for holiday weekends.
Rest of year 2 night minimum at $200 a night, except weekends $250 a night. For party of up to four sharing. A per person / per night surcharge of $25 will apply for groups of more than 4 persons. $60 cleaning fee. Non refundable deposit at booking for full rental amount. May reschedule only depending upon availability.
