This ten bedroom beach property is divided into three buildings, the front building with a seven bedroom, & four bathrooms, second building with three bedroom two bathroom and the small third building is small bar that can be used for cocktails, an extra kitchen, or storage place.

The third building comes with another fridge. Brand new renovation. The front building is decorated with girls in mind-bright sherbet colors and white furnishings. The back house is for the boys with a Tommy Bahama theme for the annual golf and fishing trip.

The front and back building with its own full kitchen, dining room and family room. These two are connected by a courtyard that will fit up to 30 people, perfect for family reunions, receptions and BBQs.

The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs please see photos on the website. Courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon spa that functions like a pool. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all year around.

Our family friendly vacation beach rental complex is almost in the sands of a quiet part of Clearwater Beach. Noise ordinance enforced after 11 pm on weekends and 10 pm during the week. We also have several other houses nearby for very large groups. Just a few blocks north of the Pier 60 area that hosts the daily sunset festivals - Key West style. With street performers and fire eaters every afternoon - the free show and festival is a must see every afternoon.
