"Family vacation
Was looking forward to a great family vacation .We love HHI as a family and this is our first time renting with Seashore Vacations. Disappointed that the emails I sent management upon our check in with issues were never acknowledged. The home had a musty smell upon arrival and foul odor from garbage disposal. kitchen is not adequately equipped with pots/pans . Shelve in fridge was broken as well as broken shelves in pantry. Tubs very slow to drain and mold on all the vents which made my week miserable due to allergies. Even if this is an investment property with an absentee owner I would think the Seashore management would of ensured the upkeep of the condo . We will not be renting here again but it won’t keep us from returning to HHI in the future .

"Needs updates for the price level and location
I've rented on HHI for 10 years. This rental was disappointing. Problems - not enough parking, uncomfortable furniture, lack of kitchen amenities. Mngment company brought us the utensils & kitchen equipment needed for a normal stay. The last thing you need on vacation is to have to fight for a parking space. Each unit needs 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional overflow parking. Also,I live in SC. I know how to operate a 2-unit AC system. The AC did not work correctly from day one. What's more important than AC in SC!
Positives - sorta close to overcrowded Beach, 3.5 bathrooms, very roomy."

"Lovely Central Location
In Hilton Head for a golf tournament. The condo was perfect for our group, clean, lots of room to spread out. Had some TV issues, but Seashore was quick to send folks to fix them. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the agency and the rental."

"210 Beachwalk
The condo was nice. It had mostly everything we needed. It was just a short walk or bike to the beach. Parking was tight, I felt like we were always left looking for a spot especially in the evening. The one thing that was definitely in need of an upgrade was all the TVs. There were no instructions and tricky to use. We had some rain our week so we spent some time in the condo. The main TV had a large red line down the middle of the screen. I would suggest upgrading to smart TVs. Most people have subscriptions to streaming apps like Netflix and Disney Plus."

"Family vacation
Spent a week here and had a good time. Overall, the experience was good but the property wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The water backed up into a shower and we had a sewer smell in the bathrooms. Also, there was no grill which wasn’t ideal for a week long stay. "

"Beachwalk 210
The rental was in a great location. It was clean and taken care of. We had an issue when we got there with air conditioning not working on second floor. Called management and they were there within minutes. They could not resolve, so had a service come and it was taken care of in a very short period of time. Really liked having two living areas. Only negative issue was that the place was supposed to a a queen size bed in one of the rooms. It did not. It had a queen size head board with full size mattress. My daughter and son inlaw had to drag another full bed from another room to that room, so that they could sleep comfortably. We would book this unit again if the queen size bed issue was resolved."

"Wonderful updated condo 5 minute walk to beach
As soon as we came in we loved the layout: 2 living spaces, one a sunken living room and other, a family room open to the kitchen. The kitchen was ready for any cooking or baking, stocked with every pan, kitchen gadget and utensil you’d ever need. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms amd linens were fine. The laundry room was equipped with top of the line machines and on first floor- very convenient! The pool was big, with a large deck, tables and very clean! We will be back next year!"

"Needed a vacation in the worst way & this place was the best way
This place was just what we needed after quarantine! Check-in was a breeze & we really liked having a code rather than keys to keep track of. The place itself was very clean (a must!) with nice furnishings. The location was great as well - walking distance to a wonderful beach & centrally located with short drives or bike rides to Harbourtown, restaurants & shopping. "

"Girls tennis trip!
We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and found the condo to be very
nice updated, and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. There were four of us.
and we each had our own bed and plenty of space. The back deck was nice and

very nice property. it's close to many restaurants, shopping etc. just a short walk to the beach and the sonesta resort. i'll be looking to stay again sometime. the grill needs replacement."

"Beachwalk 210 vacation home
The condo was awesome. It was spacious and clean. There was 1 very small issue and that was a lack of plastic garbage bags and directions of what to do with your garbage. We did not have any extra garbage bags."

Remotes on tvs didn’t work.
Carpet is in very poor condition. Air filters are filthy !
One set of couches old and gross ! Shower rod rusted ! Not enough towels ! Felt like a true rental. "

Outstanding! We had a wonderful visit and the Beachwalk condo was great. Well appointed and comfortable. Very clean. Two suggestions —-get rid of glass tops on furniture. Dangerous for small children. Need a can opener in kitchen. Everything else was great."

"Great Family Vacation
We had a great stay at Beachwalk 210. The beds are comfy and we cooked the kitchen every night. We rented bikes and rode every day. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach along a convenient bike path, but I'm glad we took a wagon to tote our beach gear back and forth. The pool is maybe a 2-3 minute walk. We had a great week!"

Condo was great !! Location is amazing , awesome ride down the bike path to the beach . Very quiet and serene . Only criticism I have is back deck table was very old and dirty . Also had rust on it . Really couldn’t sit out on deck cause of the condition of table and chairs . Everything else was great !! "

We had a very happy stay here, the only problem was parking. First come for parking slots.

This unit was adequate but not exceptional. The location was very good but the u it needs some TLC. The furniture is old and worn. The deck is cracking and unsightly. The upstairs Hvac unit is inadequate leaving the bedrooms freezing.
I would not recommend this unit. "

Location was great. Easy access to beach and plenty of amenities close to condo. Our stay was a combination of 3 day anniversary celebration, then two days spend driving to and from Parris Island to see our new Marine graduate. Location is about exactly 1 hour from Parris Island. "

"Perfect location for a large family
We recently stayed at Beachwalk 210 with 4 kids and one set of grandparents. This townhouse was large enough for everyone to have their own space without crowding the others. Beach access was perfect. Our kids were able to ride their bikes to the beach without even crossing a road. Shipyard Plantation itself was centrally located with easy access to the beach, to shops, to the harbor. We hope to come back again next year!"

"Great Stay at Beachwalk
We've stayed at a variety of locations on HHI over the last 30 years. This condo was one of the nicer ones with updated finishes. Although, not beach front, Beachwalk is the shortest walk to the beach in Shipyard. Even so, the unit comes with a beach parking permit so it's easy to drop-off and pick up beach chairs/tent, etc. Everything was great, except the G. Foreman BBQ grill didn't work and the exterior trash cans weren't adequate to keep out the raccoons. The view off the deck isn't very nice, but investment in the updates to the interior and the close proximity to the beach make up for it."

"Beautiful Condo in Beachwalk
My family and I had a great week at Beachwalk 210. The condo was extremely spacious and very well appointed. The two living areas worked great - one for the kids, the other for the adults. The kitchen and dining room areas were open and bright. Lots of great windows! A huge plus were the 3.5 bathrooms - each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beach is just a short walk down the path adjacent to the condo. No busy streets to navigate!
Seashore Vacations was very easy to work with - very responsive. I highly recommend this condo and this management company."

"Family Get-together Weekend
Pros - Very beautiful rental property. Setting is very soothing. Lots of room. Very updated appliances. Condo fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Ideal for get away.
Cons - Couch and seat covers should be replaced. Carpet is worn and should be replaced on stairs and all upstairs bedrooms and hallways. Outside trash bins should be replaced with secure tops. Raccoons tipped over trash cans and made a huge mess, also tried to enter through the front door. Frightened the heck out of us. "

"Great vacation spot!
We needed lots of room for our family, and we got it! We had stayed in Beachwalk before, so we knew that it was near the beach and near the golf cart to take us to the beach. The kids loved the nice wide bike paths too. The condo has a nice big kitchen too!"

"Excellent townhouse in a convenient location
Our family of 7 guests enjoyed the quality and space provided by Beachwalk 210. The location is very convenient to the beach, Van Der Meer tennis, and shopping/dining areas. Apart from paying more to stay on the beachfront, this townhouse is about as close as it gets to the ocean. The place was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Everything seemed modern and recently updated. Our only complaints were missing or not being able to find a couple of kitchen items we needed and a leak in the atrium glass. It was clear the owner did not know about the leak and that it was believed to have been repaired previously. We enjoyed that fact that linens, towels, and other supplies were provided. "

"Amazing place! The condo was perfect and everything was new!
I travel a lot and this was one of the BEST vacations I have had in a long time! The resort was much wildlife! The condo was excellent and so clean. We had a family of 9 and we all were so comfortable and LOVED this place! I never go to the same place twice but would Definitely go back here next year. The agency was amazing as well. Anything we needed they handled within minutes. WONDERFUL PLACE!!! A+++++ rating! Thank you! "

"A perfect get away
We returned to Hilton Head after a 10 year break and found it to be everything remembered it to be. Beachwalk 210 in Shipyard Plantation was location perfect - with easy access to the beach, bicycle trails and much more. The property was the right size to host our family. It felt like home - lived in with all amenities one would want. We will definitely coming back to HH again and when we do, we will look to renting the same space! Thank you owners & property managers. You made our short vacation a perfect one!"
