Off Season the home can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom unit for smaller families. The back addition has its own separate entrance if you wish more privacy with family members.

Open concept plan of Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen. Floors are ceramic tiled floor and the house boasts newer built-in appliances and a separate laundry/mud room. The Living room has two love seats, sofa sleeper and wing back chair with two coffee tables.
The Florida room has a sleeper sofa and a love seat for extra seating/sleeping area. There are two outdoor showers, 5 TVs, a surround sound system, 3 DVD players, and wireless internet, long distance.
There is an Oak Mantle with an electric fireplace/heater that is great for the Thanksgiving Dinner or for those cool fall/winter nights. Additionally, there is a matching oak entertainment centre with a 46" Sony surround sound television.
The Addition has a private sitting room with a television and a DVD player. during high season the second kitchen is included in the rent. Upstairs there is the 4th bedroom that has two double beds, Fifth bedroom has single bunk beds and full bath. Upstairs, the private deck has views of sunsets and you can watch the children swimming in the pool.
The Backyard is private with a 12 X 26 (solar heated pool during fall and early spring) whirlpool. The garden has large palm trees, rose bushes, gardenisas fig trees,. Large charcoal barbecue. outdoor patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a table with an umbrella so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
