4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom bungalow with a large two story addition. During high season the whole house is rented. 

House can be rented off season as a 2 or 3 bedroom rental, or with the addition and the 3.5 baths.

House can accommodate Beach Weddings, Family Reunions, Business Conferences.

Open concept plan of Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen. Floors are ceramic tiled floor and the house boasts newer built-in appliances and a separate laundry/mud room. The Living room has two love seats, sofa sleeper and wing back chair with two coffee tables.

The Florida room has a sleeper sofa and a love seat for extra seating/sleeping area. There are two outdoor showers, 3 TVs, a surround sound system, 3 DVD players, and high speed wireless internet.

There is an Oak Mantle with an electric fireplace/heater that is great for the Thanksgiving Dinner or for those cool fall/winter nights. Additionally, there is a matching oak entertainment centre with a 46" Sony surround sound television.

The Addition has a private sitting room with a television and a DVD player. Upstairs there is the 4th bedroom that has three beds and third bathroom. From the upstairs, there are beautiful views of the pool deck and some views of the gulf.

The Backyard is private with a 12 X 26 solar heated swimming pool/whirlpool. The garden has large palm trees, hibicus trees, rose bushes, and a large charcoal barbecue. There is also outdoor patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a table with an umbrella so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
