Located on the fifth floor, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1900 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space.

As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean and living room.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 754 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 7, fifth floor (of a six floor building). We also manage other units in the building, perfect for large families and groups.

The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. This may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center including TV. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV (DVD & VCR too) or enjoy ocean views. The master bath has separate vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Down the hallway are two beautifully decorated & comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath plus TVs with DVD players. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and TV and DVD/VCR player. The 3rd bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2) and a TV and DVD/VCR player. Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Hammock resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an ocean-front pool, a second large pool for families, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, several restaurants and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Enjoy our luxurious vacation rental accommodations in a relaxed golf and beach setting where are Pets are Welcome and Dogs Allowed. Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East' in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses.
