A colorful landscaped garden opens into the home's entrance hall. The living area is straight ahead and overlooks the ocean and the town of San Miguel, the heart of Cozumel. To your left is the kitchen and dining room. In this home every room has a seaside balcony. The game room below, with a game table, Satellite TV, sitting area and wet bar, can be seen from this level due to the openness of the architectural design.
There is also an excellent man-made beach complete with and outdoor bbq pit, providing for an excellent stay at home. The beach area also has access to a private pier and sea ladder providing for some excellent swimming and snorkeling.
