Ocean View Villas consists of 5 two-bedroom, one-bath vacation rentals – all with endless ocean views and access to our private beach (tide permitting). And, by opening up the adjoining French doors between Villas 4 & 5, you can enjoy a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa… with 2 kitchens! Perfect for multiple families or large groups! !

Ocean View Villas has free laundry (including detergent), as well as a spacious tiled patio, complete with ample patio tables and chairs, a large sand area for sunbathing or sandcastle building, gas BBQ, a shade palapa and a 6-person hot tub – all overlooking the Pacific!

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY. (As a security feature for you, through PayPal we NEVER see your credit card information)

Reservation and Payment
Fifty percent (50%) of the rental payment is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, plus security deposit, cleaning fee and 10. 5% San Diego Occupancy Tax, is due 30 days prior to rental period.

Reservations made within 30 days of the rental period require payment in full.

Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to rental period receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 30 days will be refunded the security deposit and, if property is re-booked, the balance of your rental payment. (We'd rather have you stay here and tell your friends than keep your deposit).
Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount. All prices are subject to change without notice.
