Very Upscale 4050 Sqaure Foot, Oceanfront Home with 6 bedrooms & 6.5 baths.  Plenty of space for 16 of your closest friends and family!! First level pool and spa.  Fantastic meandering  private walkway directly to the beach, complete with a comfortable, shaded gazebo!

Palm Breeze offers incredible ocean views from its beachfront location, featuring the most beautiful waterfront, dunes, colored sweet grasses and flowered dune coverings on the island. This new house has a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, 4 floors of spacious, fully furnished porches & decks including a roof top lounge, hardwood floors, an elevator, as well as ceiling fans in every room. Every bedroom in the house has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Every TV in the house (7) is equipped with a flar panel HDTV with DirecTV, HBO, Stars, & the Sports Package. In addition, each room, including all four levels of deck, is wired to the central stereo system, which provides AM, FM, and XM satellite radio options as well as a 5 disc CD changer.

Ground Level: The ground level of this house is an enormous garage with two electronic garage doors, and a third door for direct beach access. The garage provides indoor parking for at least 6 cars and plenty of space for storage. The private elevator, which travels to both the 1st and 2nd levels is located within feet of parked cars for optimal loading and unloading. There is also a private hot and cold water beach shower and a foot shower for rinsing off.

First Floor: The main level of the house includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen, a great room, dining room, and deck access to the 1st level porch.

The 1st level Master Suite (King & twin sleeper chair)), oversized shower and Jacuzzi, offers beautiful ocean views with direct porch access. The second bedroom (Q) has its own full bath.

The gourmet kitchen provides everything a person may need for preparing a delicious Lowcountry meal, all the while enjoying a magnificent Atlantic Ocean view. It has brand new, state of the art appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, a Wolf gas oven and range with ventilation hood, a separate Wolf convection oven with warmer drawer, a Wolf microwave, dishwasher, and Sub Zero ice maker. The kitchen also offers a instant hot water faucet for a quick cup of tea or coffee. The butler’s pantry is right off the kitchen which houses the top of the line Bosch front loading washer and dryer.

A granite bar with 5 chairs separates the kitchen from the adjacent dining room. The dining room, including the bar chairs, provides comfortable seating for 13, for enjoying a memorable breakfast while watching the sun rise over the ocean.

The great room provides spectacular ocean views with direct porch access. It is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for watching the 32 inch flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player or enjoying a quite moment by the gas fireplace. The wet bar with Sub Zero refrigerator sits along the wall next to the fireplace. The half bath is off the great room.

The 1st level porch, which provides beautiful ocean and dune views, is fully furnished with a handsome teak dining set and two teak lounge chairs with a matching end table. A fantastic POOL with spa, right outside the living room!  The grilling area is fully equipped with a stainless steel gas grill, a granite counter top, a built in Corian cutting board, and hot and cold running water.

Second Floor: The 2nd level has a very similar floor plan to the 1st level and offers even more fabulous ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a rec room or 6th bedroom, and a 2nd level of deck.

The second master suite (King & Twin sleeper chair) offers deck access with an ocean view, and an oversized double shower. Both of the two other bedrooms (each with Q) have private full baths.

The rec room or 6th bedroom, along with its incredible ocean views and deck access, has a sectional wrap around couch which converts into a queen sized sleep sofa and its own full bath, so it can serve as a 6th bedroom. A 32 inch flat screen TV, a 5 disc DVD changer, and a Sony surround sound speaker system provide a great place to enjoy a movie or to watch your favorite team. The rec room also has a wet bar with a Sub Zero refrigerator and a separate Sub Zero ice maker. Second floor den (Queen Sofa Sleeper, Daybed w/trundle and a Twin sleeper chair)) has a full bath and can serve as a sixth bedroom.

The 2nd level deck has the same layout as the 1st level porch. It is furnished with an Adirondack table with four matching chairs and two Adirondack lounge chairs. There is an iron spiral staircase that leads from the 2nd level deck to the 3rd level deck.

Third Floor: The spiral staircase leads to the 3rd level deck where you can enjoy a drink or a pleasant conversation at the cast iron bar table. The table, with its two iron bar chairs, is accompanied by a cast iron bar. The 4th level deck, covered by a pergola, offers even more amazing views than the 1st and 2nd level. However, to enjoy the most stunning views on the island, simply walk up to the 4th level roof lounge.

Fourth Floor: The roof lounge provides absolutely sensational 360 degree views of the entire island. It is furnished with two Adirondack chairs with a matching table, and 3 lounge chairs with matching end tables. To enjoy a sunrise, a sunset, or just to sit back and take in the views, the roof lounge is simply the best place to be.

Rental Rates

Payment of 35% of total gross rental amount must be received before a confirmation will be issued. Final payment of the remaining 65% must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival.

In addition to rental charges, properties also require a $45 fee for the Security Deposit Protection Plan. This protection plan covers you for up to $3000 of reported accidental damages.

Trip cancellation service offered through CSA Travel Protection is available. There will be no refunds given for early departure.
