The Sunset Vistas is located on the North end of a great stretch of white sandy beaches on Treasure Island.
Sunset Vistas is a luxury Gulf Front Resort directly on the beach on Treasure Island.
This new facility was opened in late 2006, and has quickly become one of the most desired spots for vacationing.
This condo unit is completely furnished, with one king-size bed and one queen bed, a sleeper sofa and coach, for plenty of room for up to six.
The complex offers a cafe' that has freshly cooked meals including breakfast and lunch. They also carry sundry items like soap, shampoo, beer, soda, etc. The service is excellent and quick.
There are two very large pool areas, one for kids and the other for the adults with plenty of lounge chairs.
The beachfront bar opens around noon where you can enjoy your favorite beverage.
On the weekends there is live music by the bar as well and a large deck area for dancing.
The property and grounds are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping.
This condo is in the North building at Sunset Vistas and has beautiful gulf and pool views as well as views up and down the beach!

Payment and Cancellation Policy

We accept C/C (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) via PayPal. A deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of reservation. The remaining amount is due 30 day (60 if booking more than for 20 days) prior to arrival of your stay. A 30 day notice is required for cancellation (60 if booking more than for 20 days). Cancellations that are made more than 30 (60) days will incur a penalty of $95.00. Cancellations that are made within 30 ( 60 days if booking more than for 20 days) of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment deposit.
We strongly suggest to buy Travel Insurance.
We do not require a security deposit.
A $300.00 will added as Refundable Damage Deposit. Damage deposit will be refund during 7-10 days after check out if no damages done to the unit or its contents, smoking or pets.

Amphibious Tour:
Check out the wild and crazy ride on the ducks. This is the ultimate chitty-chitty-bang- bang tour! The tour will take you on a ride down the beaches of Madeira, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Once on St. Pete Beach you will SPLASH into the water and ride back to Madeira Beach by water. You will spend about 30 minutes on land and almost an hour on the water. View waterfront homes, dolphins, birds and other wildlife.

Busch Gardens:
From heart-stopping roller coasters to water rides that promise to soak you head to toe, Busch Gardens is the place for thrill seekers. SheiKra drops 200 feet straight down. Gwazi is a blur at speeds up to 100 miles an hour. This wonderful park also features amazing animal exhibits, a bird aviary, the park's Sky-ride and more.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium:
Home of "Winter" the famous dolphin with a prosthetic tail whose story is told in Dolphin Tale, a movie starring harry Connick Jr., Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman. Visit the aquarium to see rescued dolphins and sea turtles.
