|12 Port Au Prince, Shipyard. With fabulous golf views and a huge elbow shaped heated pool*, a family or two will find this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch style home super appealing. And, it has a large patio area across the back that offers numerous seating areas and a gas grill.
A wrought iron gate and brick walkway lead you into the bricked entryway. Should anyone in your group have an issue with stairs, there are no steps to get into the property. Enter this one level home and you are greeted by a large, and vaulted ceiling living area. But, you first will notice that the far wall is practically all sliders and windows boasting of golf, oaks, and pool views. Large plantation shutters are available for really sunny afternoons.
The spacious living area features a brick decorative fireplace, a cocoa sleeper sofa and a navy leather armchair that opens to provide a foot rest. This and 2 more easy chairs provide ample seating for the large flat screen TV and DVD Player. Just on the other side of the living area is a great room housing another seating area with 2 leather easy chairs, an armchair and an entertainment cabinet with another flat screen TV and DVD Player. The dining area is a part of this room with a table and seating for 6. A window to the kitchen and a buffet below make serving dinner much more convenient.
The blue kitchen has tan cabinets, white appliances, and a breakfast bar with 3 leather stools. A side door leads to the service area and the outdoor shower while another door leads to the front bricked courtyard.
Down a hall is the first guest room with 2 twins, a décor of navy, red, and tan and white wood furniture, and a TV. The next guest room offers a queen bed and is handsomely decorated in blues, greens, and white with a golf theme, white furniture, and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share a brightly lit full hall bath with a skylight. There is also a laundry closet off the hallway with a full washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a new king bed and lovely new furniture and a flat screen TV. Sliders take you to the back patio and the pool area. There is a tiled master bath with a separate dressing room offering a built-in console sink and the bath room has another vanity and a large walk-in shower.
The Shipyard Beach Club is only a bike ride away but families with small children may find it easier to drive with all their gear and park at the Beach Club. With the Sonesta Resort next to the club, you can enjoy lunch or refreshments by the pool.
After your time at the Shipyard Beach Club, which is a drive away with ample parking, you can come back to your own private water fun park and play in your pool and spa.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
