Add to FavoritesThis privately owned home, located at the heart of the North Carolina Outer Banks, is just a 6 minute walk to private beach access, limited to Southern Shores homeowners and guests.
This home is on a very quiet dead end street with very limited traffic with a wooded area across the street with paved pathways for walking and biking. Restaurants, entertainment and shopping are a 5 to 10 minute drive away for your convenience.
There is a large front deck with ceiling fan for evening breezes and sunsets for your enjoyment.
Inside the house you will find an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, beautiful tile fireplace and comfortable Island style furniture. The dining and kitchen area includes a large dining room table, an Island bar and all stainless steel Frigidaire Pro Series appliances.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, dinnerware and small appliances for your meals and entertainment needs. An open stairway leads to the master bedroom with a view of the ocean, queen size bed, satellite TV and DVD player. Three of the four bedrooms have queen size beds and one has a bunk bed with a standard size bed on the bottom and a twin size on the top for the kids. Linens and towels are not furnished.
You can enjoy the 42 inch HDTV/DVD in the living room or the TVs/DVD players in the bedrooms which all are satellite connected and provide separate channel viewing in each room.
Washer and dryer are located in the ground level utility room.
When you return from your day on the beach, you can rinse off in the enclosed outside shower.
