Introducing Sol Mate SIV33.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas. The spacious condo will be located on the ground floor and offers 1 King, 2-Queens, and 2 full baths. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper. The patio right off the condo offers amazing breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an over sized pool, sports court and 2 playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. The complex also offers wireless internet and onsite management. Parking passes are required. No pets allowed at this property.
There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.

"Back for a second time.
My family loves staying here, its close to everything and just the right size for us. This time I think the maintenance/cleaning was not great. I could tell they recently sprayed for bugs but they didnt come back to clean up all the dead ones. There were bugs behind all the furniture and there was a big one dead right at the front door when we got there. As well, there was a lamp unplugged and the couch is badly broken and appears to just barely be held together at this point. It wasn't major but it just took away from the excitement a little but everything else was fine."

Wonderful stay and a wonderful property! A HUGE thank you to Port A Escapes for accommodating us with a last minute change. When we arrived at our first rental which was also a wonderful rental, we found it to be on the 3rd floor and we thought it was ground level.. we had to have a ground level. They responded quickly to our need and made it all work and were so courteous too! Highly recommend this management company!!"

Harry was great to deal with. Thanks Harry. The unit was very nice and just what we wanted and expected. We took care of a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, such as, a new appliance light for the refrigerator and new batteries for the remote controls that needed them. We really found Spectrum TV hard to figure out, so that was a drawback. Overall good stay."

Wonderful little getaway and the perfect condo/complex for that!! We regularly rent at Sea Isle when we come with a large family group, that way we can each have our own rooms but have the family friendly pool area to congregate at. "Fun family trip!
This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was a very nice unit and it was right across from the pool which my kids loved! We also liked that we could easily walk to the beach. The only downside is they are working on units all over the property, we didn't experience construction noise though (probably because they weren't working over the weekend). Thanks for a great stay! It was generally good. The accommodations were adequate. We found the place unkept and untidy. The back porch was wet and dirty. We didn't use. Pans were completely outdated and over-used. We bought one to get by. Stove heating elements were unlevel, even after we asked for repair. General upkeep needed."

The apt was not cleaned. The front door was broken and area outside dirty with broken pieces of wood and cigarette buts. The first night there we had a bug infestation in one of the bathrooms. I let office staff know and didn't hear back from them. "

"Old School
We were a bit disappointed that we did not have an ocean view that we thought, instead our patio faced a corner fence! This unit definitely needs upgrades like curtains, pans that haven't lost their teflon, & the sinks were clogged. Other than that, the condo has a great location to the beach & nice community pool. "

"Disappointed
Well, the pictures on line are so much better than the real thing. Worst of all were the cockroaches in the kitchen. I spent the evening when we returned shaking and cleaning to be sure we didn't take anything with us. The condo was over priced, $600 for two nights for a run down, roach infested condo! Then there was the trashy fight in the parking lot. The condo is convenient to the beach and Port A restaurants. I will not be back to Sea Isle. I have lost faith in Port Aransas Escapes. You should check out your rentals better. "

We had a great time. This is our 4th summer to stay at your location. Very Clean and friendly service! The a/c unit was a little weak. We didnt set it over 75 as requested so it wouldnt freeze up. But other than that it was a great stay! Will continue to reccomed to friends!"

"Short Stay
Property was very spacious, clean and in good condition. Although the unit had a vacuum cleaner, it didn't have a broom for simple clean-up, for example, we could of used a broom to sweep the back patio. The staff was courteous and very responsive. "Room not what we requested
We are used to renting directly from Sea Isle Village. Since it changed to an external booking agency we had a huge problem where the condo we selected online was not the one we were given. Additionally, the utensils were not all clean and we really miss not having someone take care of our trash and towels. We go a minimum of 3 days and we used to get that service with Sea Isle. We have been going there for years and would like to continue to do so, but please, let's get the service back on track."

"WEEKEND GETAWAY
Very nice place. Only problem was the sand burrs in the living room, especially in the rug. They need to leave a broom in the room so you can sweep us the sand. Otherwise, a great place. Also, Donnalou was a life saver. We got locked out the first day (key would not work in back door). Called her and she was there within 10 min and got a master key and unlocked door. Thanks Donnalou"

"Not so great. Won't stay here again
Property is out dated and in bad need of a renovation. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Recommend allowing your guests to use wi-fi. Not a good value for the price we paid. Property needs maintenance including a mass extermination of huge ant beds everywhere. "
