"Great location and pool, decent condo
The pool and beach were super close and not at all busy. The condo had older furnishings and I had to clean sticky residue off the kitchen counters and table. So ultimately we had a great time and I would go back to the complex but not to this unit."

"Wouldn’t stay in this unit again
Unit is in desperate need of a makeover. Master bath in nice condition. 2nd bath was bad. Old tub, toilet & vanity. Vanity molded and rotting behind spigot. Tub disgusting. Slip & fall stickers are black. Carpet dirty in all rooms. Kitchen was ok. Newer washer and dryer. View obscured by trees. Furniture worn and dated. Furniture mismatched. Master mattress was hard. Twin bed mattresses just the opposite-really soft. If you are looking for a gorgeous view and an updated condo, this isn’t it. Positive note - kitchen had most things we needed for our stay. "

"Great Stay
Perfect amount of room for our family of five. While the unit could use a little updating, it was still very comfortable, convenient, and came with a great view of the beach.
My only complaint was the construction that began a couple of weeks before our arrival. It made it difficult to relax by the pool but, hey, still a great trip!
Probably my favorite part was the three gas fire pits near the pool. PERFECT way to relax on an early spring night! We will be back."

"End of Summer
My husband and I were here to wrap up the summer with a relaxing week at the beach. Great location, very nice complex. Our room was ok. Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and we tried sleeping both on telling and the twin mattresses. King is like sleeping on concrete. Twins the opposite and way too soft. Also couldn’t get the dishwasher to start. Fix these things and you have a good place to stay."

"Relaxing Stay
We didn’t have a car, so when we arrived we were dropped off at the condo location and there wasn’t a representative from Seashore vacations to help us with checkin. We were just fortunate to find a guy to ask and he was there overseeing cleaning of condos so he helped us get checked in with our code, etc. I would be nice to have someone on site to help us. Location and condo were great, with a wonderful view. "

"The view is the best part!
My rental experience using Seashore vacations Company was a positive one. Here is my specific review of Ocean one 323:
First off, this was not our 1st choice of properties, we had to be moved from another location we chose due to construction.
PROS: The view is great and is very close (walking distance) to Coligny Square which as lots of restaurants and shops. The master bath shower was great! Unit was affordable for an Ocean view, but the "cons" list will share why. Parking was easy and access to the beach was easy and great. Honestly, that is all I can share with regards to pros.
CONS: This unit is in DIRE need of some love, updating and cleaning. The decor resembles things randomly picked up at a thrift store, and gave off a weird vibe. It does not represent or feel as though one is at the beach. The kitchen was very limited with outdated pans and cooking supplies. Originally we were going to cook meals here, but opted not too, other than breakfast. Salt and Pepper were not even provided. The pantry shelf had crumbs and a hair on it upon arrival, which left an unsettling feeling, especially in the midst of covid. The bathroom in the 2nd bedroom was VERY outdated and I opted not to shower in it. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and could use a good cleaning. The floral couch in the living room could also be updated or cleaned as the pillows on it were a different shade (dirty) compared to the rest of the couch. NOTHING is provided, no beach chairs, no beach towels, no cooler, etc. You must bring everything. I flew in, so that was an issue.
I travel a lot, and have rented lots of condos before, and I am a pretty laid back person. We chose this for the view, and a beautiful view was what we got, but the inside was very depressing. I would have preferred to pay a little more for a cleaner more modern place. I would not rent this unit again. When I go stay at the beach, I want to feel like I am at the beach, not an"

"Needs updating
We love staying at Ocean One, and we have for 20 plus years. This particular condo just needs some updating, comfortable beds(could not sleep the entire week)and isn't that what vacation is for? Ocean One is our favorite spot, perfect location, but would not stay in this condo again unless it was updated.
We have always used Seashore Vacation to book our condos, and they are always amazing. Will continue to use them to book. "

"Needs Major Updating!
Location is amazing but decor and condo needs major updating!
Curtains no longer work so view is obstructed and if you use the fold out couch no way to close the curtains.
Dishwasher shelves are rusted and in awful condition. Garbage disposal does not work at all. Kitchen very ill equipped-no muffin pans, measuring cups and other basics you would expect. Door on the beach chair closet is broken so almost impossible to get chairs in and out. Parking is a HUGE dilemma, no one told us there was a 2 car max. Do your research and choose wisely. This condo rents for $2000/week there should be plenty of extra money for a spruce up on this co do unit!!!!!!"

I think this was probably the dirtiest condo I have ever stayed in. The two sofas in the living room need to be thrown in the dump, especially the floral one. The leather recliner is black underneath the two armrests with previous handlings! The king size bed needs a new mattress. "

We had a relaxing stay. The views of the ocean from the Condo were perfect. The beach is just a short walk from the pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Nice walking/biking paths. "

"Labor Day
This property was very dirty. There was popcorn and food on the living room floor. There was a huge sticky mess under the end table closest to the dining table. We had to sweep before we brought our suitcases in. The second bath had black hair on the floor. The master and master bath seemed clean and the linens were clean. It takes forever to get hot water. I have stayed in several different condos at this location and all have been great by comparison. I took a picture of the pile of dirt that I swept up just from the front of the living room if anyone is interested."

We had a great time at Ocean One Villas. The property is located on a beautiful beach and we had incredible views of the ocean from our private balcony. The villa was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The property had a very nice pool and was within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants at an area call Coligny Plaza. Seems to be like the downtown area of Hilton Head... lots of fun things going on there"

Nice condo. No problems. The outside furniture is not the most comfortable. Put on black dress pants and sat in one of the white chairs and white dust came all over the pants. Could not wear them the rest of the vacation. Table is OK the rest of the furniture should be replaced."

We enjoyed our experience staying here. Seashore Vacations was professional and easy to work with. Functionally the unit met all of our needs - everything worked and the location was very good with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen had been updated, but the rest was as the other reviewers have mentioned and needed lots of cosmetic repairs and updates. The complex was nice - but we would have liked one with a security gate and less tree trash falling on the cars. "

We had a wonderful time and Seashore Vacations couldn't have been nicer. The unit is in great need of updating. The shower leaks in the master bedroom and there is a fishy smell thoughout the unit. The twin beds need new mattress protectors. We could actuall hear our granddaughters turning over in their beds. The master bed is rock hard and all the bed linens and curtains are quite old and frayed. The kitchen has been updated and the unit is quite large. The unit was very convenient to whatever we wanted to do and I would definitely stay in that complex again, just not in that unit. Thank you."

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN 323 AND WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. IT WAS SO NICE TO GET UP IN THE MORNING AND LOOK OUT AT THE BEACH AND THE SURF. THE PLACE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED BOTH IN THE KITCHEN AND THROUGHOUT THE ROOMS. OVERALL EVEN THE WEATHER COOPERATED WHICH BALANCED OUT MAKING OUR STAY COMPLETELY ENJOYABLE. "Great location, great service but this particular unit was eehh.
The property management group was great! Friendly, efficient and all around helpful! I loved the location and would consider renting there again. However...probably not unit 323. The unit needs serious upgrading. the carpet was old and dingy, the king bed was hard as a rock. My hubby and I both had aching backs and hips from trying to sleep on it. The stove is antiquated. Lamps shades are old and dirty looking, as were the drapes. Functionally, everything was ok, except the bed. I think just some upgrading would work wonders and perhaps a tempur pedic topper for the bed. My only complaint about the complex is that it smelled of dog poo. I never actually SAW any dog poo so it may have been the fertilizer as it looked like they were upgrading some landscaping. The pool was great, never crowed and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. Loved it all and we'll definitely be back!"

The condo needs to be updated. Very warn out looking condo. You name it and it needs updated/replaced. The furniture on the balcony was pathetic. The king bed was rock hard. The property management staff was great and outside of the condo was very neat

"323 Property was a dump! Buddy, you lose creditability by representing such a property.
Marketing 323 is a diservice to the image of Seashore Vacations. The property is in extreme need of updating and remodeling. Wall paper in the bath rooms is curling off the wall. The laminate on the bath cabinets is curling off. The carpet is worn, spotted and dirty. Paint & dry wall is flaking off the walls. Black mold is around the floor molding and sinks. All furniture is worn out and the patio furniture is sun damaged, unstable & dangerous. Stove and oven marginal and the trash compactor dosen't work. The front door lock looks like it was installed by Rub Goldberg who seems to have done all maintenance. We really like Ocean One and the area. Don't understand how Buddy could recommend a unit in such condition.
