Home features 3 levels with 4 bdrms and 4 full bathrooms. Beautiful Granite throughout. Perfect for large families, friends vacationing together or a small reunion. The house is located in Pacific Village just a few blocks from the beach. You are close to beach, pier, swimming, surfing, outdoor music amphitheater, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Each room is nicely furnished. Don't have a beach towel..don't worry we have plenty. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful granite counters and plenty of cabinet space. Everything you will need to prepare most any meal. There is a seperate dining room with a large table. The family room in the downstairs area features a fireplace with beautiful granite. The master suite features a fireplace as well. Master bathroom is very large and done completely in granite. There is a second family room upstairs for those in your party who want to watch something different. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. Washer & Dryer. You will have no problem finding most everything you need.
