The room opens out to a spacious dining area where a rustic wood table seats 10. There’s seating for 4 more at the breakfast dining table, and the kitchen bar accommodates another 5.
Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a huge island with a built-in stove, and chef-quality cooking utensils.
The second floor also has a bedroom/den offering a full-size pull-out couch and 42” HDTV with cable and DVD player. With seating for 6 and a cabinet stocked with toys, it’s the perfect play retreat for the kids.
The gorgeous master bedroom (also on the 2nd floor) has a king bed, walk-in closet, and its own fireplace, plus panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Hill Country. An en-suite bathroom adds extra luxury with an oversized walk-in shower and soaking tub.
On the 1st floor, 3 identical bedrooms each have a king bed, flat-screen HDTV with cable, and a full bath with a shower-tub combo and pool patio access. The 1st floor also has a nautically-themed bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
