When the exploring is over, enjoy the privacy of your own pool and spa with mountain views.
Please note: this home backs up to a middle school. You will likely hear school bells and kids playing during the daytime on weekdays. This is a private house in a great neighborhood, but if you prefer total quiet, this might not be the right rental for you.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Cool and spacious is the dominant impression inside this mod Palm Springs retreat.
Four bedrooms sleep 9 guests total. Off the entry is one of 2 master bedrooms. This room boasts a king-sized platform bed and en-suite bath with a floating double vanity and glass walk-in shower. With a door in the bath that leads directly to the pool area, you can easily shower after the pool…or sneak out for a midnight swim!
A 2nd master bedroom, on the other side of the house, has a king platform bed and patio door access to the side yard, plus an en suite bath with another floating vanity sink and glass shower/tub combo.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized platform bed and access to the side yard. A 4th, smaller bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. The perfect space for extra guests or teenager hideout, located next to the laundry room.
The open and airy main living area has couch and chair seating for 6. A large wall flat-screen lets you catch a movie or catch up on the news.
Like to cook? You will love the gourmet kitchen! A center prep island, sprawling counter space, and up-to-date stainless appliances make cooking a joy. Friends can join you at the center island’s barstool seating.
Just a few steps away is the immaculate dining area, furnished to seat 7 (plus 3 more at the bar).
A spacious second living area provides even more space for your group to hang out—plus another access point to the centerpiece pool and spa.
Speaking of: the pool is surrounded by tall hedges for total privacy, and the side yard contains the BBQ grill and a seating area with a couch and chairs for 4. Nothing beats this private, shimmering oasis on a sunny Palm Springs day!
Upscale and established, the East Movie Colony neighbourhood is one of Palm Springs’ best. Warm, dry desert breezes and mountain views offer the perfect year-round vacation getaway. When you book, we will send you our mobile app with directions, lock code, and instructions. We’re available 24 hours a day with live help.
All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection insurance policy.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
