A deposit of HALF of the rental amount is due 90 days prior to the arrival date. If guest provides written cancellation notice to owner at least 90 days prior to the arrival date, owner will refund the full deposit. Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. It is OK to smoke on the deck and the porch but not in the house. Please do not bring pets or use candles. No diving or running is allowed at the pool.
