You enter the home into a large welcoming foyer. There is a well-equipped media room with a large sectional sofa to the right and a half bath. To the left is the formal dining room. The hallway from the foyer opens up into the gourmet kitchen, breakfast room and well-appointed main family room with comfortable furniture and large TV. There is an expansive deck and large screened porch on the first floor with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area. A large butler’s pantry with connected laundry room and second half bath complete this level.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the second floor along with a large office area including two built-in work stations. This floor has two wrap around porches with additional outside seating. The master suite offers a king size bed, marsh views and a lavish bath with large tub, separate shower, and two vanity areas with access to the second floor porch. There is another king suite in the front of the house with a king size bed, a twin daybed, and private bath with a shower. The other two bedrooms each have two full size beds and are adjoined by a large bath with a tub/shower combo and two vanity areas. One of the double bedrooms has beautiful marsh views and the other is in the front. On the third floor is a secluded queen "in law" suite with expansive, picturesque marsh views, a private bath with a tub/shower combo and wet bar.
There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom, the living room and one in the media room along with wireless internet to help keep you connected. This magnificent home, accommodating up to 15 guests, is the perfect location for large families and getaways for groups of couples with all five bedrooms offering couples bedding! There is also an elevator to make it easy to get between floors or bring up groceries or luggage. The home is a short drive or bike ride to the beach and has parking for up to 4 cars.
